Grade 11 Exams

To the Parents and learners of Grade 11

The June Exam program starts on 28 May to 22 June 2018.  Learners will need to be seated at 7h50 to begin the session promptly at 8h00. It is compulsory for all learners to be at school for their Exams.  If your child is absent, a doctor’s note will be required.  Below is the timetable.  Please assist us to see that your child is doing the necessary preparation.

June EXAMINATION – 2018

RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. Learners must report to the exam venue at 7:50 for the start of the first session.
  2. All learners must sign the register at the exam venue.
  3. All learners must have their school ID card and their exam time table in a plastic sleeve in order to be allowed into the exam venue. Matrics ALSO need their green bar coded ID book or their smart ID card.
  4. If a learner is only writing in the second session they should report to the exam venue at 11:50 or the time as stated on their exam time table.
  5. Learners will not be allowed to leave an exam venue for the duration of the exam.
  6. A study venue will be made available at all times. If a learner is waiting for transport, they must report to the study venue to wait.
  7. Cell phones are strictly prohibited in an exam venue. These must be SWITCHED OFF and placed in the learner’s bag. No other digital devices including digital watches are allowed into the exam venue.
  8. No borrowing of stationery is allowed in the exam venue. No Tippex allowed.
  9. Learners must carry all their stationery in a clear plastic sleeve.
  10. A medical certificate must be produced should a learner miss any examination.
  11. If learners are writing both sessions on a day they may not leave the school grounds between sessions.
  12. Learners will be dismissed immediately after they have written their last paper for the day.

Final reports will be issued on Friday 22 June 2018 at 12:00.
